Ottawa residents must never again be subjected to the gross violations of human rights they suffered in the 2022 convoy occupation, the Ottawa People’s Commission (OPC) has concluded.
In part two of its report, released April 4 on its website opc-cpo.ca, the commission makes 25 recommendations to instill respect for human rights in government, along with a stepped timeline from June 2023 to June 2024 for implementing them.
